Jon (he/him) is the founder of Medow Consulting, bringing a multi-dimensional perspective to the practice based on 18 years of analysis, engagement, and strategy experience on the political and bureaucratic sides of government, in the think tank and non-profit sectors, and in public policy consulting. 

Sara (she/her) has more than a decade of experience working in roles focused on research, policy analysis and communication. Before joining Medow Consulting, she worked at provincial and federal levels of government and at a think tank. She also previously worked as a journalist in Washington D.C. 

Rachelle (she/her) is the Engagement and Strategy Lead at Medow Consulting. She brings nearly a decade of experience using inclusive facilitation and engagement approaches to develop strategies that centre diverse voices and drive meaningful impact for communities and clients. 

Maneshae (she/her) brings data storytelling expertise from her work in higher education and non-profit sectors. With a specialization in making data insights accessible through visualization tools and participatory research methods. 

Justine (she/her) brings extensive experience in management and community engagement with a focus on accessibility and collaborative infrastructure. She specializes in administrative systems that strengthen organizations.

Karen collaborates with Medow Consulting on projects for health and community-based organizations. She is an independent consultant with 20+ years of experience advising on strategy, policy, and governance with a focus on strengthening organizational and collaborative capabilities to co-create solutions and drive systems change.

Boaz collaborates with Medow Consulting to deliver digital media and technology solutions focused on public engagement, learning, and skill assessment. Boaz is CEO and Executive Producer of Sandbox - La boîte à films inc.

Naomi collaborates with Medow Consulting to assist organizations in conceptualizing and resourcing innovative workforce development initiatives. Naomi is the Principal of Silverline Consulting and brings over 20 years of policy expertise and insights related to the full continuum of education, training, skills development, and employment, helping to build resilient workforces and achieve impactful economic objectives.

Trina collaborates with Medow Consulting on Indigenous labour market development initiatives. Trina is President of Bridging Concepts, a company with over 20 years of experience working with Corporate Canada and Indigenous peoples on projects supporting Indigenous peoples to build meaningful careers.

Kim collaborates with Medow Consulting on disability-related initiatives and to deliver youth engagement strategies. Kim is an independent consultant focused on social impact, public policy and stakeholder engagement strategies.
