Maneshae joined Medow Consulting in 2025, bringing a strong foundation in research, analysis, and data storytelling across the higher education, non-profit, and public sectors. Her work has spanned literature reviews, environmental scans, survey design and analysis, focus groups and the development of data visualization tools.

Before joining Medow Consulting, Maneshae held research roles at the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario (HEQCO) and Humber Polytechnic’s Centre for Social Innovation, contributing to initiatives in higher education policy and program development. She has co-authored reports, facilitated presentations, and developed dashboards and infographics to make data insights accessible to diverse audiences. Her work at World Education Services (WES) supported initiatives to advance the social and economic inclusion of immigrants and refugees, including contributing to participatory action research with refugee youth.

Earlier in her career, Maneshae worked in the commercial insurance sector, providing operational and administrative support to underwriting teams in fast-paced, client-focused environments.Maneshae holds a Master of Arts in Labour Studies from McMaster University, where her research examined the occupational trajectories of immigrants to Canada, and a post-graduate certificate in Research Analysis from Humber Polytechnic.
