Sara has a strong background in research, policy analysis and communications. Since joining Medow Consulting, Sara has led development and delivery of many high-impact reports focused on topic areas including labour, education and training, immigration, and child care.  

Before joining Medow Consulting, Sara worked in roles at the federal and provincial levels of government, as well as at the Mowat Centre, an Ontario-based think tank. At the Mowat Centre, Sara developed reports on a variety of topics including infrastructure development, public transportation and social procurement. She also recently conducted research supporting evaluation of government programs and decision-making processes at the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario. 

Previously, Sara worked in a communications role with Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada. Sara also worked as a journalist for several years in Washington D.C. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto.
