Justine Katerenchuk is a Toronto-based coordinator, nonprofit arts worker and events manager with a focus on community engagement and accessibility. Alongside being the Administrative Coordinator with Medow, she currently also serves as XR Production Manager at Single Thread Theatre, where she leads the development and execution of national initiatives including the XRtist Link-Up and the IBPOC Fellowship. These programs support equity-driven artist development and innovation in XR and immersive media. She also manages the PXR Conference, a cross-sector event that connects artists, technologists, and researchers.

With a background in production coordination and a BFA in Performance: Production & Design from Toronto Metropolitan University, Justine has worked with organizations like Double Eye Studios & SpiderWebShow to deliver professional productions. She also contributed to curriculum development at St. Lawrence College, helping to shape educational pathways for producing immersive projects.

Justine is passionate about strengthening the nonprofit sector through collaborative infrastructure, care-focused planning, and uplifting artists exploring new intersections of art and technology.
